Learn to use WorkExpo
The one-on-one INTRODUCTION to WorkExpo training session is designed for new and beginning users to get up to speed using the system. There are no prerequisites and no experience necessary. Skills gained during the session include using, understanding and getting the most out of the product. WorkExpo's basic features are explored in detail. Training is on-line.
The one-on-one ADVANCED session assumes basic familiarity with WorkExpo. It’s a refresher course for existing users. The topics include: newest features, hidden features that may be hard to find, importing and exporting records, managing the database over time e.g. back-up, archiving and end-of-year rollover, emailing from WorkExpo (including mail-merging and sending bulk emails), keyboard shortcuts and tips and tricks. Training is on-line.
