WorkExpo Subscription Information FAQ

When does my current WorkExpo subscription expire?

Your current WorkExpo subscription expires 12 months for the date of your last subscription, typically the school year. When you subscribe to WorkExpo upgrades, updates and support are included. Each year you will need to renew your subscription.

Is software support included in the price?

Yes, your WorkExpo subscription includes software, updates, email/phone support for each user of the system.

Can I download the software after I purchase a subscription?

Yes, when you subscribe to WorkExpo, a link to a software download will be supplied. Please dispose of any and all old WorkExpo CD's. These are all out-of-date and are no longer in use.

Please note that WorkExpo software is now available as a download only.

Do I need a purchase order number to order WorkExpo?

No, a purchase order number is NOT required, but if provided, it will appear on your tax invoice.

If I no longer choose to subscribe, what happens to my existing database?

WorkExpo will continue to function and your existing WorkExpo data, including student, employer and placement records will be available for use. However, some features (e.g. importing records) may be disabled. No data will be lost or deleted. You can re-subscribe at any time.

How do I order?

You can order from the WorkExpo website. If you prefer, you can contact Info Plan.

Are there any other charges?

No, when you purchase a subscription for WorkExpo minor updates and software support are included. An online walk-through of the software can also be provided on request at no additional charge. However, formal training in person or online incurs an additional cost.

Which WorkExpo licence should I get?

Purchase the single user subscription if only one person will be using WorkExpo.

Purchase the two, three, four, five or six user subscription if you plan to share use of WorkExpo with others across your school's network.

Order the Multi-campus subscription if your campus extends to more than one site and you plan to use WorkExpo at more than a single location. Order the Multi-schools subscription if you are an agent for several schools and will be using WorkExpo to track work experience at several different schools.

Can I get help installing the software?

Yes. The software may installed on any Windows machine and installation notes are included for IT personnel. If you need further assitance with installation or network configuration please contact Terry Chapman (03)9531 1091. Note that WorkExpo cannot be installed on a MAC machine.

Are upgrades or updates included in the subscription price?

Yes, when you purchase a subscription for WorkExpo upgrades, updates and support are all included.

Can I get training in the software?

Training sessions are conducted from time to time at a location in central Melbourne city area. Training sessions are scheduled depending on demand. One-on-one online training can also be arranged. Contact Info Plan Software. Any training costs are additional to subscription costs.

How long will it take until my order arrives?

Once your subscription order is processed, a link to the WorkExpo software download will be supplied.
