To view follow-ups:
- Choose View Follow-ups from the View menu:
- In the Follow-ups dialog screen you can view existing follow-ups.
You can sort the list on any field by:
- Click into the field and choose Sort Descending or Sort Ascending from the shortcut menu.
You can filter the list by clicking into any field:
- Select the value you'd like to filter on and choose Filter By Selection from the right-click shortcut menu.
