Students Under 15

You can view a list of all students who are under 15 years of age. The list uses the current computer date to determine if students are under 15. Alternatively you can enter a date to see what age these students will be on that date. The list can be printed.

In Victoria, there are certain requirements for students under the age of 15.

Criminal Record Checks are required for Employers & Supervisors of students under 15.

A Victoria Police form is needed only when applying to Industrial Relations Victoria for a Child Employment Permit.

There is no change for criminal record checks handled through the Australian Government, you should continue to use the government form,
