You can purchase WorkExpo with a single-user subscription or a two to six user subscription.
You should purchase a single-user subscription if:
- You are the only person in your school, college or campus who uses WorkExpo AND
- You are using WorkExpo on a stand-alone PC.
A single-user subscription entitles you to install WorkExpo on one desktop PC and you may also install a copy of WorkExpo on your notebook or laptop PC. You may move the data file to a network drive for security reasons but you are not able to share the data file across the network with other users.
You should have a multi-user subscription if:
- There is or are other staff member(s) who wish to have access to or use WorkExpo on their own PC OR
- You need to install WorkExpo on more than one desktop PC for use across a network OR
- You are job sharing with another staff member and you both are using WorkExpo.
A multi-user subscription is required if WorkExpo is installed on a single machine but two (or more) people use it. Note that you can select from a 1 - 6 user subscription.
Multi-School or Multi-Campus version:
A special Multi-School Edition of WorkExpo is available for teachers arranging work experience across more than one school. This edition allows students to be grouped by school in lists and reports.
