This feature first appeared in Version 12 of WorkExpo. The new grid shows both GENERAL and INDUSTRY SPECIFIC modules for students.
In the ARRANGEMENTS window on the SAFE AT WORK tab click the following link to see the information in a pop-up window:
View Industry AND General Module - Students With Placements
This feature allows you to generate a report that lists students and their specific module as per their placements and whether or not they have completed the required module(s). This information can be printed or exported to Microsoft Excel.
The grid is displayed. You can see a list of all students with placements, the module they need to complete and whether or not they have completed it. In addition you can see whther they have undertaken the General module. The Safe At Work feature has been rewritten in this version of WorkExpo to work more efficiently.
This report may be printed or exported to Microsoft Excel.
All grids can be filtered by right-clicking and choosing 'Filter By Selection' from the shortcut menu.
Any filters applied in this way will also be maintained when exporting to Excel.
