What Can I Print?

WorkExpo provides a wide range of documents you can print.

Work Experience Arrangement Form	Click to enlarge	The Work Experience Arrangement Form can be printed for: Individual students Batches of students Blank arrangement forms with only school details Forms that have the school and student details but no employer details In the Multi-Schools Edition school details of the nominated school either the school the student belongs to OR the registered school.
Structured Workplace Learning Form	Click to enlarge	WorkExpo determines whether to print which form based on the Type Of Placement which you nominate in the Arrangements window when creating or editing an arrangement record. The Structured WorkPlace Learning Form can be printed for: Individual students Batches of students Blank arrangement forms with only school details Forms that have the school and student details but no employer details In the Multi-Schools Edition school details of the nominated school either the school the student belongs to OR the registered school.
Letters	Click to enlarge	You can print a wide range of built-in letters directly from WorkExpo. Here's a list of the letters you can generate: Letter to employer Letter to parent/guardian Letter of advice to student Memo letter to student reminding them to get a wriggle on Thank-you letter to employer Request for evaluation form from employer Custom letters to employers which you create yourself
Certificates	Click to enlarge	Another feature of WorkExpo is that it allows you to print certificates for students and/or certificates for employers. You can print certificates individually or in batches. Print certificates from the Print Wizard.
Statistics	Click to enlarge	A wide range of statistical information can be generated from WorkExpo. From the Main Menu: Click the large Print button Click Miscelleneous, Then Program Statistics The Statistics wizard opens and guides you through printing stats from your current work experience program.
Listing for staff room		This document provides a complete or partial listing of students on work placement. Use this list to let staff know where students are attending work experience. From the Main Menu choose the large Print Button and choose Arrangement Lists, then follow the directions in the Print Wizard.
