WorkExpo training sessions are conducted online from time to time.  

If you cannot attend a scheduled and agreed training session, you have the following options:

– You may arrange a substitute in your place, please inform us of the new name. No additional charges will be applicable for substitutions.

– You may cancel your online booking, via phone or email, up to 48 hours before the session takes place. Cancellations inside of 48 hours will be liable for the full fee.

– Unfortunately, no refund nor credit can be given to attendees who do not attend sessions without giving prior notice.

– Bookings received during the 48 hours before the event date will not be excluded from any terms and conditions.
